Tara

TaraTara

In 1999 we kept from the combination Champion Rincen-Cunu van 't Burgstse Hof and Kensing Tiara a bith in our kennel. This was Tara Pul-i-Khumri. She became at the clubday of the Pekingees en Dwergspanielclub in juni 2000, best Tibetan Spaniel. That day there were 12 Tibetans present at the show. She was only 9 month old by that time!

From 2002 she may call herself Dutch Champion and International Champion. And in 2003 also Belgium Champion. At the Winner Show in Amsterdam she became ‘Winster ‘04’. Her daughter Lha-Mu Pul-i-Khumri became the title ‘Youth Winner ’04'.

In 2004 we went to Crufts in the UK, the greatest dog show on earth! There she was the first Dutch Tibetan Spaniel at Crufts, and she was placed in her class as nr. 7 with ‘Commended’. That year 162 Tibetan Spaniels were present, so her placement was a great honour for us!

A few months after her mother Tiara died she became the leading dog in our kennel. Although she is not the oldest dog, she has a quiet preponderance over the other dogs. She is a very sweet dog, and she likes to go her own way. Maybe strangers think that she is a bit indifferent, but when I should have a favourite dog, she will be it! She is my princess.
